The batter was light, crispy and not greasy. The fish was fresh, soft and almost creamy. The staff were kind and helpful. It was honestly fantastic! I feel genuine anger that I’ve not been here before.

Really excellent; I'm on holiday in London and have eaten three F&C in the past week and this was the best (even compared to Poppies in Camden). The fish is fresh and succulent and was fried to order so was crisp and light. The chips are perfect - crispy outsides and soft centres - i don't know what variety of potato they use but it tastes great. I had a lunch special cod & chips which was a very generous portion and a can of Tango for £11.20 which is great value for a sit down meal (compare Poppies @£19.00 for a small haddock and chips). My new fave London chippy. The proprietor is very friendly and welcoming as well.

My local fish and chips shop. I love coming here and eating in peace, there’s not that many customers that eat in, they all get takeaway! So, I love eating in here !! I think they have a £8 fish and chips lunchtime offer, so I always try to go!
